Brief History
C-view was built in 1913 and extended in the 1930’s.
Originally a technical college, to train children in technical skills for industry, it eventually became an art college, closing in 2005.
DCT bought it in 2010 and made it ready for development. Since then it has been refurbished to the requirements of new tenants, respecting and exposing the original building materials, using a fabric-first approach.
